VIRTUAL EDUCATION

Today new technology for information and communication are being used as a space to communicate in a virtual way for human interactions. It is for this environment that a new space can be open for the education area where new learning process are being developed with the purpose to transmit knowledge through the modern communication.

This new methodology is becoming more important today, because in these days when the technology is one of the most valuable tools in any field you move; you need to have new knowledge and skills for new educational processes.

Virtual educational network are the new basic units of this way to learn. This involves design and constructions of new sceneries to build educational electronic instruments, also people who should be specially trained for this new social space.

To encourage the use of this virtual method, does not mean that the traditional education tends to disappear. Universities and schools will continue to exist. It is not only a way more people can have access to education, but also a complement of traditional educational process, in a virtual environment.

More people must be trained to develop this kind of educational method, to manage the new technological system to comply with the right people have to be educated, adjusted to the new world we are living in.

The technology environment is acquiring more importance, which requires new acknowledge and skills to get a performance in  the best way.
 

Nowadays, for several reasons, there is the need to think in this new system for schools and universities, to manage a new educative system in a virtual environment. We should adapt our knowledge to this virtual space.  In this way to learn the most important tool is Internet, where there is not geographic borders, but electronically networks, which can be spread in several countries.

It is very important that people be trained properly to face in a proper way this new environment. Also, new education technologies must be implemented, and students must be prepared to move in this new telematic world.

 

This training process involves web tools which are offered by internet, such as forums, wikis, audios, chat, videos and others, which act as a channel, using a platform where teachers and students meet.

National Educational Ministry wants that more young people take this option as a channel to learn and they receive acknowledge to a high level. With this initiative, it seeks to increase the training coverage up to 47% in 2014 (in 2013 this index was in 37%).

This methodology is known as E-learning, where training is done through the Information and Communication Technology or the acronym in Spanish TIC.

Informatic Environment

New technology information, has made that society and educative process are changing. Digital networks, form part of this social change and this has became as important that this could be compared with big revolutions such as written, printing which transformed the education. For this reason is that the society is called of information and knowledge. There is a new system of virtual networks into the education which involves new scenarios, to which teachers must be prepared to teach in this new social space.

To encourage the use of this virtual method, does not mean that the traditional education tends to disappear. Universities and schools will continue to exist. It is not only a way more people can have access to education, but also a complement of traditional educational process, in a virtual environment.

There is no enough to teach how to read, write, do calculations, to know about history and literature, gently social life would be developed in an electronic and virtual space, is for this reason that education must be adjusted to virtual and digital field.
